Jessica completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University, bringing together academic excellence, diverse clinical experience, and a genuine passion for human movement and rehabilitation. Her clinical experience spans high-pressure acute environments, musculoskeletal outpatient care and specialized neurological private practice. With her foundation as a Kinesiologist, Jessica excels at connecting acute intervention with long‑term functional performance, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support throughout their recovery. She emphasizes thorough assessment and accurate diagnosis to identify the root cause of pain or dysfunction, adopting a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
Jessica enjoys working with clients from all walks of life, with particular interest in vestibular physiotherapy, including BPPV, vestibular migraine, and balance disorders. She has completed additional training in vestibular rehabilitation and is committed to lifelong learning, staying current with emerging research to deliver the highest standard of care.
A firm believer in living a balanced, healthy lifestyle, Jessica was a competitive gymnast and dancer in her youth. She is now a gym enthusiast and enjoys outdoor activities such as water sports, hiking, and snowboarding. She actively promotes the values of a healthy lifestyle to her patients, including regular exercise, stress management, balanced nutrition, and restful sleep, recognizing their positive impact on injury recovery and overall wellbeing.
