Since completing her degree at the University of Queensland, Erin has worked for more than 18 years as a physiotherapist in hospital and community settings across Queensland, New South Wales, Tasmania and the United Kingdom. Since 2017 she has worked in vestibular physiotherapy, completing both competency and advanced level training in the assessment and treatment of dizziness, vertigo and imbalance.

Erin is returning to Advanced Vestibular Clinics on the Gold Coast after working in vestibular physiotherapy at the Gold Coast University Hospital, the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, The Tweed Hospital and the Tasmanian Health Service. Across these services she has built specialised, advanced-level skills in the assessment and management of dizziness and imbalance. She has also provided training, supervision and support to colleagues along the way. In Tasmania, Erin led a project to develop a new vestibular screening tool for older adults at risk of falls. She trained staff to implement it, and it led to significant outcomes for patients.
Erin is also passionate about teaching and has supervised junior physiotherapists throughout her career, including as a sessional teacher at Bond University. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hiking, surfing and touch football, as well as exploring new places, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
